BetterFaith Interview Process

Because we are dealing with people’s faith, formation, and life decisions, we take discernment, safety, and alignment seriously.

We aim to run a process that is clear, thoughtful, and respectful of your time. You’re evaluating us just as much as we’re evaluating you.

BetterFaith is a discipleship and spiritual formation platform. It is not therapy, legal counsel, or financial advisory. Guides are expected to operate within clearly defined scope and boundaries at all times.

1) Apply Online

Submit your application through our online form. We review applications on a rolling basis.

At this stage, we’re looking for:

• Alignment with BetterFaith’s mission and values
• Evidence of humility, maturity, and spiritual discernment
• Relevant experience (ministry, counseling, mentoring, coaching, leadership, discipleship, etc.)
• A demonstrated understanding of personal scope and limitations

If there’s alignment, we’ll move to a live conversation.

2) Founder Screen (Round One)

If your application looks like a fit, you’ll meet with the founders for a screen conversation.

This call may include both relational alignment and early scenario discussion.

The goal is to:

• Learn your story and spiritual formation
• Understand why BetterFaith and why now
